Who we are

Voxcase provides AI voice intake technology to law firms in Canada. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and how we handle it under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

What we collect

If you submit the audit request form, we collect the details you provide: your name, firm, role, email, phone number, province, and anything you write in the message field. If you call a demo line, we may record and transcribe the call for quality and product improvement. We do not sell personal information.

Why we collect it

We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry, schedule and deliver an intake audit or service, and communicate with you about Voxcase. We rely on your consent and on the reasonable expectations of a business enquiry.

Where it lives

We store data with reputable service providers and keep call recordings and transcripts in-region within Canada wherever the underlying stack allows. We retain information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected or as required by law.

Your choices

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it. To make a request or to opt out of any further contact, email [email protected].
